INFRACTIONS

INFRACTIONS: You may mail in your citation with the fine amount at the above address, pay online at https://mycourts.idaho.gov, or come to the Magistrate Court. To enter a not guilty plea, come to the window at Magistrate Court at the courthouse or send in the citation with the denial box checked on the back of the citation. Your case will then be set for a pretrial conference where you will have to appear and meet with the prosecuting attorney. YOU DO NOT ATTEND TRAFFIC COURT.



OTHER PAYMENT METHODS

 1-  PAY ONLINE AT ANY TIME, INFRACTIONS AND PAYABLE MISDEMEANORS AT  https://mycourts.idaho.gov. There will be a convenience fee applied to your charge by the  company handling your online payment.



PAYMENT BOX IN FRONT OF COURTHOUSE: There is a payment drop box located in front of the Bingham County Courthouse, 501 N Maple, Blackfoot, Idaho. We retrieve payments from the drop box every business day.


Misdemeanor Information

APPLICATION FOR PUBLIC DEFENDER: If you want to apply for a public defender, you may do so at the time of your arraignment hearing. You may apply at any time following your arraignment by filling out a financial statement at the Magistrate Court Office.
