Bingham County Mosquito Abatement
The goal of the Bingham County's Mosquito Abatement through Vector Disease Control International (VDCI) is to achieve quality mosquito control and detection of the West Nile Virus (WNV) in a way that both protects the public, as well as facilitates the natural ecology of an area. This both preserves the beauty of, and value of properties, and the great outdoors. To accomplish this, we coordinate with the State and local property owners as well as other counties and government.
Our main responsibility is to manage the Bingham County mosquito habitat, service the public for outdoor events, and take aggressive action when WNV is detected and/or mosquitoes become a significant nuisance. If you are experiencing high mosquito activity in your area here is what you can do:
Simply email or call and leave a message with your name, address where you are experiencing the problem, and phone number, any questions, and a VDCI technician will come out for an inspection and action will be taken based on the results:
