The Rattlesnake Landfill is a Tier 1 and Tier 2 landfill and can accept the following:
By state law, Construction & Demolition Waste must be disposed of seperately from Municipal Solid Waste (household).

Note: all items are classified as MSW and need to be put in to the household bin. Household waste, (MSW) Food items or their containers Clothing Carpet Carpet Padding Fabric Furniture Florescent ballast and tubes Thermostats Containers having contained a liquid are not accepted in the fill area. Containers such as oil containers, pop bottles, water bottles, milk jugs, etc. These items are classified as MSW and need to be put in to the household bin. |

Dead animals are accepted at Rattlesnake Transfer Site ONLY for a fee.
The Rattlesnake Landfill is a C&D (Construction and Demolition Waste) landfill and will accept the following materials. Some restrictions and exclusions may apply.
ACCEPTABLE MATERIALS:
Concrete, block, brick, wood, tree limbs, grass, metal wire, posts, scrap metal, dirt, rocks, construction waste, demolition and remodeling waste. The following chart will apply for individual residents bringing their own yard debris.
