Ordinance 7-1-3

          An ordinance to establish minimum uniform public rights of
          way distance requirements for county roads & highways in
          order to promote public safety, reduce traffic and other road
          hazards, allow for proper and safe construction, maintenance,
          repair of roads, accomodate increased volumes of traffic and
          provide for future road expansion.

Ordinance 7-4-1

An ordinance prohibiting the parking or placing of motor vehicles, trailers, and personal property in the right-of-way of highways, roads and streets; requiring removal of motor vehicle, trailers, and personal property from rights-of-way; authorizing the removal of motor vehicles, trailers and personal property by law enforcement and county employees; and, providing penalties for violations of the Ordinance.

Ordinance 7-6-1

An ordinance of the Board of County Commissioners, Bingham County, Idaho, requiring all owners of real property in Bingham County to have an address marker/sign posted on the premises.

Ordinance 4-3-1

An ordinance relating to the establishment of Solid Waste disposal guidelines and regulations in the unincorporated areas of Bingham County; providing for definitions; providing for the establishments of Waste Disposal Sites and the closure of prior landfill sites; providing for the maintenance of sanitary conditions; providing for storage and transportation of Solid Waste; providing for enforcement and abatement; providing for disposition Hazardous Wastes; providing for amendments; and providing for the repeal of the previous Solid Waste Ordinance and an effective date.

Ordinance 7-1-1

This ordinance shall be known as the 1999 amendment to Bingham County Ordinance No. 91-02.  This ordinance provides for persons who turn farm equipment around on county right-of-way shall be guilty of a misdemeanor; stating authority and purpose; defining terms; providing for fines upon violation; and providing the date when the ordinance shall become effective.

Ordinance 96-01

An ordinance establishing a procedure for the closing of county roads to conventional motor vehicle traffic and opening and designating those same county roads for the exclusive operation of snowmobiles and all terrain vehicles registered as snowmobiles and also establishing a second procedure for designation of county roads for joint and concurrent use by snowmobiles, all terrain vehicles and conventional motor vehicles, which procedures shall be by resolution and order of the Bingham County Commissioners according to weather conditions and the needs of the public, and providing that snowmobiles and all terrain vehicles registered as snowmobiles operating on roads concurrently with conventional motor vehicles must obey state and county rules of the road and traffic laws and providing for penalties upon violation of the Commissioners' order.

Ordinance 7-1-2

An ordinance providing that persons who cause or allow irrigation water or waste water to fall or flow onto public roadways in Bingham County, Idaho shall be guilty of a misdemeanor; stating authority and purpose; defining terms; providing for fines upon violation; and providing the date when the ordinance shall become effective.

Ordinance 6-1-2

An ordinance providing for the adoption of speed limits and weight limits for all trucks and buses during such seasons as the Bingham County Commissioners my deem advisable.

Ordinance 7-5-1

An ordinance regulating the speeds, wakes and operation of watercraft within the confines of designated harbor and mooring areas.

Ordinance 75-01 (1975 Amendment of 3-72)

An ordinance of the County of Bingham, State of Idaho, amending Ordinance No. 3-72 and section 701 thereof by additionally describing the national reactor testing station and by reducing the prima facie unreasonable speed limit in certain areas from sixty to fifty-five; providing for publication; declaring an effective date; and suspending the rules.
